Jodie L. Jiles, MPA


Jodie L. Jiles worked in investment banking for 26 years, recently serving as Managing Director of RBC Capital Markets where he orchestrated municipal finance activities and implemented strategic marketing plans with targeted large account clients throughout Texas. 

 He previously worked for First Albany Capital and Bear Stearns in New York as well as  some other Texas investment banking firms.  Prior to investment banking, Mr. Jiles worked in public accounting for Arthur Young & Co.  Mr. Jiles holds a Master of Professional Accountancy from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Southern University. He holds an honorary doctorate from Texas Southern University (2014) and has been recognized by the University of Texas at Austin as a Distinguished Alumni (2011).

 Mr. Jiles has extensive community service and board experience working with the following organizations:
