H.S. Grace & Company, Inc. is sponsoring a Shareholder Derivative Litigation and Representations & Warranties Insurance Update event at the Princeton Club in New York City on October 15, 2014 from 8:00 am - 10:30 am.

There will be two panel discussions, the first focused on recent issues in shareholder derivative litigation moderated by Joseph Monteleone of the Rivkin Radler law firm, and the second, on Representation and Warranties insurance moderated by Sheryl Hopkins of H.S. Grace & Company.
