Sheryl Hopkins is an experienced trial lawyer with more than 30 years’ practice in all aspects of class action and complex commercial litigation from pretrial and discovery matters through trial.  Her experience includes fiduciary litigation, securities violations claims, fraud and conspiracy claims, complex breach of contract disputes and antitrust litigation.  Hopkins has handled expert testimony both on direct and cross examination of accountants, economists, valuation experts, corporate governance experts, engineers and scientists in several $100 million-plus cases.
