As AIG Regional Claims Executive, David served as key contributor to Southeast Zonal leadership. He helped insureds by bringing speed and focus to claim resolution process. Spoke at insurance industry events and engaged clients and brokers at point of sale. Evolved and managed large law firm relationships. Promoted and marketed claims internally as well as to brokers and insureds. Acted as driver of innovation and process improvement.

In David's position as Senior VP, D&O Claims he managed around $1,000,000,000 in annual defense fee and claim payments.  Oversaw all Directors and Officers, Employment Practices, and ERISA claims in U.S.  Coordinated with counterparts in Canada and other countries as required.  Supervised law firm panel relationships, worked on creative solutions with Underwriting, assisted in drafting policy language, and spoke at multiple presentations around U.S. to drive rate.
