He spent nearly 30 years with Parsons Brinckerhoff, Inc., serving in senior financial and board leadership positions, including Chairman of the Board and Chief Financial Officer. During his career with the firm, he helped oversee a major engineering and construction organization with approximately $2.5 billion in annual revenues.
Mr. Schrader also served on the Board of Directors of American Bridge Holding Company from 2012 to 2020, including service as Chair of the Audit Committee and subsequently as Chairman of the Board.
Through RA Schrader Consulting LLC, he has undertaken consulting assignments involving mergers and acquisitions, advising on both acquisition and divestiture transactions.
