Bankruptcy-Related Matters
HSG advisors have served as members of creditor committees, unsecured creditors’ committees, and have worked with and opposed bankruptcy trustees who file litigation that arises out of bankruptcy. Another advisor was the lead negotiator of debt restructuring for two very high profile bankruptcies.
