Mark K. Vise is a financial and operational executive with extensive experience across the engineering, energy, technology, and professional services sectors. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer and CFO at Burrow Global LLC (a mid-sized Engineering private Company with three Private Equity minority ownership groups) from 2016 to 2024, where he orchestrated a significant quality turnaround through his “Committed-to-Quality” program, restructured company operations, established an engineering center in India, and achieved 78% organic growth following COVID-19. His career includes key leadership roles at Intertek plc, where he designed and implemented shared service centers that reduced finance costs from 3.0% to 1.9% of revenue, integrated over twenty acquisitions, and developed performance metrics that significantly improved operational efficiency.
Prior to Intertek, Vise held financial leadership positions at Aspen Technology, Bailey Network Management, and Synercom Technology. His expertise spans financial management, strategic planning, operational leadership, M&A integration, and organizational transformation. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional skill in navigating complex business environments, implementing cost-saving initiatives, managing banking relationships, and driving strategic growth. A Certified Public Accountant with an MBA from the University of Houston, Vise is currently offering fractional and interim CFO services through his own consulting firm, ArcRock14 Consulting LLC, founded in February 2024.
