Mark K. Vise, CPA, CGMA, MBA, is a senior financial and operational executive and advisor to H.S. Grace & Company, Inc. with extensive experience in corporate finance, operational management, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and business transformation. His career includes serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Burrow Global LLC, Vice President and CFO Americas at Intertek plc, and senior financial leadership positions in the engineering, energy, technology, and professional services industries. Professional Experience

Mr. Vise is an experienced financial and operational executive whose career spans engineering, energy, technology, and professional services organizations. His expertise includes financial management, strategic planning, organizational restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, operational leadership, and business performance improvement.

From 2016 to 2024, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Burrow Global LLC, a privately held, mid-sized engineering company with three private equity minority ownership groups. During his tenure, he led a major quality improvement initiative through the company’s “Committed-to-Quality” program, restructured operations, established an engineering center in India, and helped achieve 78 percent organic growth following the COVID-19 pandemic.

Previously, Mr. Vise served as Vice President and CFO Americas at Intertek plc and was a member of the Intertek Global Council. During his tenure, he designed and implemented shared services centers that reduced finance costs from approximately 3.0 percent to 1.9 percent of revenue. He also participated in integrating more than 20 acquisitions and developing performance metrics that improved operational efficiency.

Earlier in his career, he held financial leadership positions with Aspen Technology, Inc., Bailey Network Management, and Synercom Technology, Inc. He began his professional career at Ernst & Young, working in audit and electronic data processing auditing.

Mr. Vise’s experience includes managing banking relationships, implementing cost reduction initiatives, integrating acquired businesses, strengthening financial controls, and supporting strategic growth.

In February 2024, he founded ArcRock14 Consulting LLC to provide fractional and interim CFO services.
