Steven B. Lilien, Ph.D., CPA, is an accounting academic and advisor to H.S. Grace & Company, Inc. with extensive experience in financial accounting, financial reporting, accounting research, and professional education. His academic career includes serving as the Weinstein Professor of Accountancy and Chairman of the Stan Ross Department of Accountancy at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, The City University of New York. He has also directed the Robert Zicklin Center for Financial Integrity and published research in leading accounting, finance, and business journals.
