H.S. Grace & Company, Inc. provides specialized business, financial, and operational advisory services to healthy and troubled companies; assists and provides expert testimony in complex litigation; and advises on issues of organization governance, oversight, and control.  Through a broad range of consulting assignments and as a testifying expert in more than 150 litigation matters, HSG has provided business perspectives on standards of care and comparative fault in connection with governance, oversight, and management responsibilities.

HSG teams are staffed exclusively by former senior management and/or board-level executives.  This allows us to harness the depth and breadth of the project team’s capabilities and experience to quickly, expertly, and cost-effectively determine and drill into the critical issues in complex business matters.  HSG team members draw upon their broad business experience to evaluate the standards of care utilized by boards, senior management, and others in addressing their governance, oversight, and management responsibilities.
